Welcome to SB Spa Club Membership. In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have put in place a few guidelines that help keep our membership program at the top of the list in the Tampa Bay area.
How do I join the membership?
Membership sign ups must be done in person at SB Health and Beauty Spa. Ask our receptionist about joining on your next visit!
What are the advantages of becoming a member?
By joining the Spa Club, you will have access to numerous benefits. Depending on the level of membership you have purchased, you will receive a treatment of your choice each month. Credits not used will rollover on to the next month and can be used for 12 months after the charged date. Only one rollover is allowed to be used per month. Additional benefits include:
can i bring a guest with me?
We encourage our members to bring guests. What better way to spend the day pampering yourself than with a close friend or loved one! They can enjoy services at a discounted price as well. Note not at all services apply.
How will i Be charged?
Your credit card and email are required to be kept on file in order to become a member. Your monthly dues will be automatically charged on the same date every time, on the first week of each month.
Can i cancel at any time?
Memberships are required to be active for a minimum of 90 days. After this period, members are required to give a 30 day notice for cancellation.
What happens to my rollover credits once i cancel?
Any rollover credits on the membership can be used as cash value, but services will be charged at full price. After 90 days of cancellation, any unused credits will expire.
