We all know how important fruits are for our health. They are refreshing, filled with a lot of water, and are very delicious.

Skin problems are a common side effect of a poor lifestyle and bad food choices. You just need to pay a little attention to what you put inside your body if you want healthy and glowing skin. The best and easiest way to rejuvenate and nourish your skin is to add fruits to your diet. You will see a visible difference in your skin health within a couple of weeks if you add fruits to your diet.

  • Orange 🍊
Juicy, sweet, and pulpy, oranges not only taste good but are also great for your skin's health. Oranges are rich in vitamin C which prevents DNA damage, photodamage, and oxidative damage. It also reduces inflammation and helps in the formation of new collagen cells. As a result, your skin rejuvenates and glows. You can eat the fruit as is or drink its juice.
