Reducing the appearance of cellulite – and keeping it to a minimum – takes some dedication. Cellulite is stubborn, unsightly and affects women of all shapes and sizes. While there is no magic cure for this natural build-up of fat, there are several natural, non-invasive ways to fight it.
While diet and exercise affect deeper body fat, they fail to act on the underlying cause of cellulite in the superficial tissue of your skin. Even women who exercise regularly and follow a healthy diet may still have cellulite. And because excess salt contributes to water retention, the reduction of salt intake in your diet may help to reduce cellulite.
Endermologie®, one of the most unique and successful cellulite treatment options, is an excellent method of reducing the appearance of cellulite while bringing a radiant glow to the skin. But a healthy diet and exercise should be always be partnered with your Endermologie treatment program.
Crash or trendy diets are not the answer, though. While it’s possible you’ve read about them, thought about them or tried them, all they are is a quick fix that does little to nothing for you physically. Without regular exercise, your muscles become flaccid. Once you begin eating normally, your body will quickly return to its original shape or worse. This means you will still have or gain more unwanted cellulite.
The best way to hold cellulite to a minimum while keeping your body fit is usually a matter of common sense. Here are a few suggestions on how to help you feel your best while your Endermologie treatments help you look your best:

DRINK WATER
In this world full of magical sports drinks and super juices, people tend to forget that the best hydration comes from simply drinking 8 to 12 cups of water every day. Water flushes toxins from your body and improves blood flow.

EAT GREEN
Salt, sugar and processed foods enlarge the fat cells present in everyone’s bodies. While no one expects you to live on rabbit food, adding several servings of fresh fruit and vegetables to your daily diet will provide you with additional vitamins and nutrients.

EXERCISE
Most people know the important benefits of exercising on a regular basis, but often have unrealistic expectations. Don’t get frustrated if you don’t see immediate results. Stick with it and you’ll have more energy, lose weight, tone your muscles and sleep better. Toned muscles help to smooth the skin.

STOP SMOKING
If you smoke, give it a rest. It’s not doing your skin or that cellulite any favors. Smoking not only affects the texture and tone of your skin, it constricts blood vessels, which contributes to the appearance of cellulite.

Dedicating yourself to your Endermologie treatments is great, but maintaining the results means starting or sustaining a healthy lifestyle. Endermologie works best as a complement to a healthy lifestyle, not instead of one.

HIFU FACIAL, The lifting without surgery.

Many people are often asked how a HIFU treatment works, as it is increasingly popular in the aesthetic world to hear about the wonders of these treatments.

Ultrasounds are mechanical vibrations in an elastic medium that have a higher frequency than audible vibrations. The destruction of fatty tissue by ultrasound can be performed by Non-Focused Ultrasound (Ultra-cavitation) or High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU). In both cases rupture of the adipocyte membrane occurs, in the first by pressure waves and in the second by thermal-mechanical effect.

The focused ultrasounds have their operation so that all the shots produced by the transducer are coincident at a point where the treatment acquires its maximum efficiency. The HIFU system selectively converges energy in depth (in the same way that a magnifying glass acts with solar rays), preserving the most superficial layers of skin intact. That is why this technology is extremely safe; HIFU technology can be applied in any phototype without the risk of skin lesions, allowing its use at any time of the year.
These are systems that are assisted by a "computer tracking system" to control body areas that have already been treated and not treated and perform a homogeneous treatment of the area to be treated.

The Facial HIFU

Although the best HIFU in the market are equipment that allows facial and body treatments, in this case we will deepen facial treatments.
There are certain problems derived from age that until now have been difficult to solve without resorting to surgery. We speak for example of excess skin on the face and neck. Over the years, production decreases and collagen degradation increases. In addition, it undergoes structural changes that produce a decrease in skin thickness and loss of elasticity, that is, in a word, aging.

The HIFU system is a modern technology that is emerging as the most efficient aesthetic medical application for the tightening of the skin and the non-surgical treatment of flaccidity by focused ultrasound. The sound waves generate heat, contracting and lifting the skin tissue without altering its surface. It applies to the area to be treated a heat that heats the tissues to a temperature and a controlled time which triggers the "Neocolagenesis" or remodeling of the collagen. This remodeling causes an improvement of the properties of the skin as well as the synthesis of the new collagen.

  • To which people is the facial HIFU oriented?
Fundamentally to people with skin flaccidity of mild to moderate, men and women between 35 and 65 years. Patients with drooping eyebrows, sagging cheeks or mandibular region and neck.
  • How does it feel during treatment?
How logical, the pain threshold is totally different according to people, but there may be some discomfort while releasing the energy, but it is a momentary discomfort. Most patients do not feel pain.
  • How long is a session?
It depends on the areas to be treated, but between 30 and 50 minutes is the usual time.
  • Is there a recovery period?
The patient can return immediately to his normal life, the inflamed or reddened area returns to normal in a few hours. There is a small possibility that some purple or certain sensitivity appears in the area, this is resolved in a few days.
  • When is the treatment noticed?
At the end of the session, the patient, either male or female, notices 20% of the overall result of the treatment. It is at 4-6 months when the total result of the treatment in the form of general reaffirmation of the treated areas is appreciated thanks to the increase of collagen and elastin at the level of the dermis.

Most people believe that doing insane amounts of cardio at the gym is the quickest way to lose that holiday weight. While cardio is very important, it is not the basis to fat loss.

For example, whenever you come across a movie scene where someone is really trying to get in shape, you see them killing it at the gym! However they leave out the most important factor... NUTRITION. While cardio and weights are very important, you should think of such factors as the icing on the cake rather than the foundation to your goals.

What most people do:
  • 80% Cardio
  • 10% Nutrition
  • 10% Weight Training

What YOU should do:
  • 70% Nutrition
  • 20% Weight Training (High reps, low weight)
  • 10% Cardio

If you really want to see results, make sure that everything that you eat each day is on point!

Guide to your Nutrition:
  • 4-5 meals per day
  • Eat your GREENS!
  • Low-calorie foods that are filling
  • Good source of protein: Chicken, fish, turkey.
  • Other sources of protein: Quinoa, lentils, green peas, pumpkin seeds, nutritional yeast... Not only are they a good source of protein but they also FIGHT DISEASE
  • Balanced diet of simple and complex carbs.
  • Try to eat 1-2 hours before the gym and within the next 30 minutes after your workout. That is the prime time for your body to absorb all the nutrients you need to replenish your body and recover.

One last and VERY important thing... SLEEP. Always try to get your 6-8 hours of beauty sleep.
