What do I wear for a massage?
Attire is not usually important when it comes to a massage. We will provide you with a bathrobe for you to change in. Typically we recommend to wear comfortable underwear.

WHAT IS A LYMPHATIC MASSAGE?
Lymphatic drainage is the natural function of the lymphatic system - a network of tubes throughout the body that drains fluid (called lymph) from tissues and empties it back into the bloodstream - and an essential part of immunity. If this function is not working properly, it can cause serious health problems.

There is no such thing as a best time. You can get a lymphatic drainage massage at any point. However it is recommended to do one pre and post surgery. It will help with your recovery and healing process.
