RESERVATIONS: For a reservation to be held, all appointments are pre-charged upon booking. You may also secure an appointment with a gift card number or gift certificate ID. Pre-charged booking is done to ensure that clients are committed to their appointments and to efficiently manage therapist's appointment schedules.
FIRST TIME CLIENTS: Release forms for services are emailed to clients upon booking. Please fill these forms out prior to your appointment time. Arrive 10-15 minutes early to ensure ample time to change and enjoy our relaxation areas before your services.
LATE ARRIVALS: As a courtesy to other clients and to our therapists who have reserved time for you, your appointment will end at its designated time. A late arrival means a shortened service time, and nobody wants that.
CANCELLATIONS: Our therapists work by appointment only and their time is reserved for you. We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please call us at least 24-hours prior to the start time of your appointment. For spa packages and spa parties, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required. Any cancellations made after policy times or any no-shows will result in credit(s) for the service(s) being taken from the client's account or a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged for each appointment. Credits for appointments cancelled prior to policy times will remain in the client's account for use at a later date. All sales are final.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: All sales are final. Monetary refunds will not be given. Store credit may be received when applicable. Packages purchased for a series of services CANNOT be returned or altered in any way.
CELL PHONES: For the relaxation, enjoyment, and privacy of our clients, the use of cell phones is prohibited within the spa. Please silence your phone prior to entering the spa.
CHILDREN: We love children, but unfortunately, we are not set up to accommodate them within the spa environment. Please make childcare arrangements prior to your visit. This will allow us to sustain a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CARDS: Electronic gift certificates or gift cards are available for purchase online, over the phone, or in person. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates or gift cards. Gift certificates and gift cards must be presented upon arrival for the appointment in order to be redeemed.
