During a Thai massage, the therapist will use their hands, knees, legs, and feet to move you into a series of stretches. Thai massage is designed to reduce stress, improve range of motion and increase flexibility. It is also thought to improve blood circulation and heal injuries. Thai massage is performed on a mat on the floor and the client is dressed in comfortable clothing allowing for ease of movement.
