SPA POLICIES:
YOUR GUIDE TO A SEAMLESS EXPERIENCE.
At SB Health & Beauty Spa, tranquility reigns supreme for our cherished guests. We kindly request your cooperation in preserving this serene indoor and outdoor environment. Any breach of spa policy may result in removal from the premises at the owner’s discretion.
RESERVATIONS: To secure your reservation, all appointments are pre-charged upon booking. Alternatively, you can hold your appointment with a gift card number or gift certificate ID. This policy ensures commitment to appointments and efficient management of therapist schedules.
FIRST-TIME CLIENTS: Service release forms will be emailed to you upon booking. Please complete these forms before your appointment. Arriving 10-15 minutes early allows ample time to change and indulge in our relaxation areas before your services commence.
LATE ARRIVALS: As a courtesy to fellow clients and our dedicated therapists, appointments will conclude at their scheduled time. Late arrival results in a shortened service, and we aim to avoid disappointment.
CANCELLATIONS: Our therapists work on an appointment basis, with time reserved for you. We uphold a strict 24-hour cancellation policy (48-hour notice for spa packages and parties). Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a service credit deduction from your account or a $50 no-show/late cancellation fee per appointment. Credits for cancellations made within policy times will remain in your account for future use. All sales are final.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: All sales are considered final. While monetary refunds are not offered, store credit may be issued when applicable. Packages purchased for a series of services cannot be returned or altered.
CELL PHONE USAGE: Cell phone usage is prohibited within the spa to ensure a peaceful and private atmosphere. Please silence your device upon entering.
CHILDREN: While we adore children, our spa environment is not conducive to their presence. Please arrange childcare before your visit to maintain a relaxing ambiance for all guests.
GIFT CERTIFICATES AND GIFT CARDS: Electronic gift certificates and gift cards can be conveniently purchased online, over the phone, or in person. We are not liable for lost or stolen certificates/cards, which must be presented upon arrival for redemption. Gift cards have a five (5) year expiration date from the date of purchase. No extensions or renewals will be granted. Gift cards cannot be used toward specials or monthly specials. Not to be combined with any specials or offers that SB Spa is running.
PRICES: Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
GRATUITIES: Our therapists greatly appreciate gratuities, which are left at your discretion. A customary range of 18-20% is suggested.
